Summer entertaining is something we look forward to each year. There is nothing better than getting together with your nearest and dearest and enjoying a beautiful meal. We are getting ready for Summer entertaining by trying out some salads that would be perfect to take along to a Summer BBQ or Christmas celebration. It was also a good excuse to use one of the beautiful platters from our range of Australian Ceramics. This salad pictured was simply some boiled salted baby potatoes, steamed beans and broccoli sprinkled with some fresh herbs from the garden, spring onions and chopped almonds. Before serving we added our go-to dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, dijon and a dash of maple syrup (or honey) season with salt and pepper to taste.
