Choc Banana Pops Posted in: Recipes – Tags: , ,

It’s feeling like Summer is coming early this year. We had some really hot days this week so it was time to get out the popsicle moulds and make a cooling treat! These chocolate and banana popsicles were too delicious to not share the recipe! We will definitely be making them again and again this Summer and we hope you get to enjoy them too!

Makes approx 6 large popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 TBS peanut butter
  • 2 TBS cacao powder
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • Sprinkle himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chopped or choc chips (optional but we like the crunch!)

Method

Pop all ingredients into a blender (apart from choc chips if using) and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your popsicle moulds and sprinkle each one with some chocolate, insert the popsicle sticks and pop into the freezer for approx 4 hours. It’s that easy!
