Who doesn’t love strawberries and cream? These Icy Poles are sooo easy to make and taste absolutely delicious. A great way to use up ripe strawberries too!

Makes approx 10 small icy poles.

Ingredients

STRAWBERRY

• 1 cup of ripe strawberries
• 1TBS of maple syrup
• squeeze of lemon juice

CREAM

• 1/2 cup of greek yoghurt
• 2 TBS maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla

Method

1. Blend strawberry mix until smooth.
2. Mix together cream ingredients.
3. Add to icy pole moulds separately and use a pop stick to swirl to combine the two mixtures.
4. Freeze for at least a few hours until frozen!
