This simple pear bircher recipe takes a tiny bit of prep the night before then you can wake up and enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast! If you would like to make it vegan, you can sub the greek yoghurt for a coconut yoghurt.


Serves two


  • 1.5 cups of rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup of greek yoghurt (or coconut milk for vegan option)
  • 2 TBS hemp seeds
  • 1 TBS vanilla protein powder (we like Bare Blends)
  • 1 small pear grated
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon.


Simply combine all ingredients in a container or jar the night before and leave in the fridge. We like to serve ours in our Green Glassware, made in Chile from recycled and reclaimed glass! We top our bircher with a little granola for crunch, fresh berries, a drizzle of maple syrup and extra pear.
