This recipe is great for when you have ripe mangoes piling up and you don’t know what to do with them! Super refreshing for Summer and fun to make with the kiddies!

Ingredients

  • 1 small tin of coconut cream  (we like Ayam)
  • 1 cup fresh mango (ripe and sweet) 
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Hemp seeds or coconut for coating *optional

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, pour into moulds and sprinkle with optional seeds and coconut. Freeze until set.
