This is not so much a recipe but it’s a combo that we love and is perfect for entertaining this Summer. It’s too delicious not to share and looks so cute on our Vine Platter that is made in Chile using re-claimed and recycled bottles!

Simply slice up cucumber (not too thin), top with goats cheese or cream cheese with chives, smoked salmon, fresh dill and season with salt and pepper. That’s it! So easy and so delicious!
